BANK TRANSFER

Please take our invoice to your bank to prepare a Bank Transfer (EFT).

• There is only one currency you can pay us in – South African Rands (ZAR).
• Please make sure that you cover ALL bank charges, they are NOT to be debited to African Explorer.
• If your bank requires your full name and address on the invoice, please supply these details by email.
• If trying to do an Internet transfer, you may struggle with the bank codes. If so, try the generic branch code – see our bank account details.
  

ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

• To pay your invoice online using our secure credit card payment gateway, please click here but please do read instructions below before you pay.
• Please note that we charge a Merchant Commission Fee for credit card payments to cover the bank commission charges. You will need to add this surcharge to your invoice amount (3.2% on International credit cards or 2.6% on Domestic credit cards) before making payment.
• Online credit card payments are in South African Rands (ZAR) only.
• Please use your name or the invoice number as a Reference.
• If you are using the online credit card payment method for a second time, you will need to change your reference by adding a number after your name or put your surname first followed by your name as the system may not allow duplicate Reference numbers.
